Terms And Conditions
These terms apply when you browse or place an order with GlowAfrique. Product information and prices are shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout. Prices are displayed in XOF unless the product page clearly identifies another currency. A product without a verified price cannot be ordered through checkout.
Submitting an order sends a request to GlowAfrique. An order is accepted when GlowAfrique confirms it. Delivery charges are calculated separately. Free delivery applies when merchandise totals 45,000 XOF or more.
Cash on Delivery is payable at delivery. Wave orders remain pending payment verification until GlowAfrique reviews the submitted evidence. Do not treat an upload or submission message as payment approval. If a hosted payment provider is available at checkout, its secure payment page handles payment details; GlowAfrique does not collect or store card numbers.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information and for keeping their account credentials private. Product directions and ingredient information should be checked on the manufacturer packaging. Store content is not medical advice and product descriptions do not promise a treatment result.
Consumer rights under applicable Côte d’Ivoire law remain in force, including rights described in Law No. 2016-412. These terms do not waive those rights. Questions or complaints can be sent using the Contact Us form.
