Returns And Refunds
For online purchases delivered in Côte d’Ivoire, consumers may return a product for exchange or refund within ten working days after delivery, without a penalty. Return shipping may be charged to the customer as permitted by law. These rights are described in Articles 10–12 of Côte d’Ivoire Law No. 2016-412 of 15 June 2016.
Contact GlowAfrique through the Contact Us form within the return period and include your order reference and the item you want to return. We will reply with return instructions and confirm the available refund or exchange method. Do not send a parcel until we have provided the return address and instructions.
We will assess reported damage, incorrect items, and delivery issues individually and apply the consumer protections that apply to the order. This policy does not remove any rights provided by law.
